well after long searching >:(
i found this van , that i decided that needed a loving home . Gonzo was going to be chopped up for spares ! so i thought to many vans are being chopped for spares , This one will be saved ! ::) at times i think it would of been better of that way ! so then i wrote down all the repairs that was needed to be done as shown on these pics , the pics dont show the nature to the front steps needing replacement !


first of was to tackle the the outer sill on the d/s








to find the inner sill was OK though the inner inner sill was totally foobard
packed the vactan today ! and removed the rear arch
so the list of things that need doing are as follows

1 x rear wheel arch ( 90 per cent filler )
2 x Outer Skins front ( you will see why in the pics )
3 x window area's
4 x front steps
5 x Front indicator lense

hopefully panels should arrive next week , this is the next thing to unknit !

Great job keep it up my van looked far worse that yours take it step by step and you get there in the end, one thing, please wear goggles when cutting or grinding, its far too easy to get a metal splinter in the eye or have a disc jam and explode in your face, happened to me luckily i was wearing goggles at the time! i did invest in some new eye protection yesterday i cut out the rear arch and today i started removing all the sealer and re welding all the seams where hole had developed under the sealer , should get the inner inner sill cut and fitted , we will get there in the end

good work fella - makes me get my stoke back on mine as it aint as bad and now with the spoiler and R+R bed I feel i'm getting somewhere
