SVX collected , runs sweet , started fine again this morning .. squeeky belt but not a problem.
next is to get it over to my mates to be stripped and remove engine and wiring loom , still not sure if i will do the loom , or get RJES to do it ...
have done a few looms before on other types of conversions ...
also found a re-con DK box thats not even been used yet ( from cogbox ) so that should be good.

ordered a new patent fuel tank today , not sure how people have found the fit of these ? but as i want to weld it (put scooby fuel pump in it ) i thought it best
located a re-con DK gearbox from cogbox.
engine is coming out the SVX Thursday

Is it going into the Westie ?
Have you got space for a big LPG tank ?

for about 20 miles, you need 70 litreish tank (only 80% fill) to make it a worthwhile 200 mile plus range

no cat required.. need the lambda though....

If you go LPG, fit the biggest tank you can.. unless you dont go far....
