Quick questions,

What is the easiest way to remove stubborn coolant hoses from the 2 water pipes in the engine bay?

I would like to use them and not damage but bit weary of how to force them off.

Your tired of forcing them off??

screwdriver inserted between the hose and pipe
once the seal is broken it will twist off

it's not that hard a job
