I'm sure I've seen a conversion kit advertised...

Saw some vans with discs allround at Vanwest, have heard it's an expensive conversion. Would look nice with your alloys though Jed.

£570 for the rear disc conversion.
THink they are based in Bristol not too far from me.
Have seen their green van about, and got a wave.

Improve the fronts first, thats what VW did in South Africa.. even with 2.6L 5 pot Audi engines inthe back.. unless you have even more power!!!

how do you go about improving the fronts?
SA spec calipers and discs? Where and how much?
I got my discs changed last november, and they are already warped again.
I have a panel van usually carrying 250-500kg of stuff in the back.
Cheers,
Steve

It's because you drive like such a hooligan, Steve.
I've not met anyone else who needs a Recaro seat to hold them in place in a T25.
What were the discs? Genuine or cheapo?

Live on the edge is what I say. Recaro for me, bench seat for my wife and kid!
Discs were probably from GSF. Don't know the brand, I never fitted them.
Cheers,
Steve

Or I did see the complete SA front Vented Brake upgrade the other week. New Calipers, Discs and caliper carriers, er about £300 it worked out...
Its certainly on my list. Somewhere near the bottom though as I am suitably impressed by my vans stopping with good stock brakes (mind you it never really gets up to frigthening speeds)

Jed:
Question from Canada. How (exactly) did you wire the aux lights? BTW your van looks boss!

they are just put onto the main beam.i should have them on a separate switch really but it seems to get the attension of other t25s when i give them a flash

and are great for getting cars out of the way down dark country lanes in the dark.i can just picture a fella saying to his mrs as ive just passed,"bugger it was only a campervan"
