Hi there, just wondered if anyone could advise me, my front drivers side (RHD) jacking point is quite rusty, to the point where I put a jack in it to jack it up and the jack went up and the van stayed put.

Is this an MOT failure?

all i will say is NOT according to the mot manual

12 inches around the REAR arm hanger is all that can be failed on the sills, front to rear.

seat belt mounts again 12 inches , and thats it

just in case cab steps are also NOT a fail
