Hi All

I am removing the interior of my van '85 auto sleeper. I have removed every screw I can see holding the carcase in (well obviously nOT every screw) but cant see how top of the units are fixed in to body work. Any advice gratefully accepted.

Thanks for that. It seems to be what I'm looking for. Will have a look at the weekend.

we did the same at the weekend to our 85 Autosleeper!!!! The wiki diagrams were SPOT on!!! however the trick for us was to start at the left and work to the right and wiggle it bit by bit. It was abit of a bugga at first but suddenly it came out!!!! all in 1 go!!! (except for wardrobe)
couple of the screws were buried right in the carpet and you had to feel around really carefully.
We took the whole lot out - flooring and seats etc.... and we've done a full bare metal strip back. now ready for the welding - only a couple of small spots found - dont know why last owner had painted her in hammerite?!!!?
Let us know how you get on.

Interior now out. Those pictures were invaluable. However when I tried to remove units, I discovered that the top trim had copious ammounts of silicon under the louvre window trim. Took a bit of levering abd work with a small saw but it popped out eventually. Can now see wher some welding is required.

Thanks again for the advice.
