Rear Cupboards.

I've been toying for a while with various ideas for modifying the interior of my bus. It came with a hombrew set-up with units down one side and a 3/4 rnr bed much like many professional conversions. I never quite understood the point of the full height rear 'wardrobe' most campers seem to have. Maybe that was because mine had no back panels, so you could see into it from outside, and an odd combination of interior walls preventing anything useful from being stored inside.

So I decided I'd rather see out the back and set to work with a saw today:

I'm planning to sort out the interior walls for the lower section of the cupboard (as well as some hook up electrickery) and will be fitting a full width roof cupboard. So will i miss it? What does everyone use their rear cupboards for?

I have a shelf in my wardrobe and it holds jump leads, level up blocks, electric hook up cable when needed, disposable BBQ, 2 honchos, out door light and other bits and bobs when on holiday.

My roof cupboard is full of 2 big speakers, 2 small speakers and 2 tweeters, none of which can be heard whilst travelling and it's way to load when stationary, I think I will remove all these and put the curtains and screen cover in there.

We have a full width bed in ours, which means we've a unit less. So under the rear seat is the propex, rear heater, oil, water, jack and WD40. Sorry I don't mean to be sad and list exactly where every item is, I just hate not being able to find things.
