Brake caliper pistons

I have replaced the front discs and the next job is to restore the calipers.
There is some minor pitting (rust marks) on the pistons. Am I better off getting a restored (exchange) caliper or will I be OK to use the pistons I have?. I have already bought a caliper repair kit comprising piston seals and dust seals. Can I purchase new pistons anywhere?

Cheers

Pistons are matched to the bore. Try rubbing it down with 1200 grade wet and dry until it's really shiny and smooth. Late calipers are £60 a pop. So save yr money and put some elbow grease in.

.. and then of course, throughly clean and degrease till you're blue in the face.
