New Stereo

Just thought I'd share this excellent Stereo I got for my bus.
It's by Retrosound - was a little pricey, but looks the doggies danglers
I don't like all the modern looking ones, and they just scream out to tea leaves "Break in and Nick me"
This one is dead subtle - looks like an ancient old thing, fits with the van then

It has 2 auxillary inputs - it'll take USB and SD cards.
4 x 50 watts and 2 amp outputs too
Oh and its got a wee remote for those sun lounger with beers moments
Image
I've got it wired with 2 mid speakers 2 tweeters and 2 amp'ed 6x9s
Plenty for a single cab.
When I make my lockers watertight - I'm adding a hooooooge Sub to make the contents of the flatbed bounce

And no - I don't work for Moss ha ha

They do them in chrome too if you like that kind of thing.
But I like the way it doesn't really notice in the cockpit.
Another bonus is - I now have a working clock

£250, a bit steep - but I'd rather pay extra so it doesn't look like I have - if you see what I mean...

Why is it people add 10-15 years to to the retro age of the T3.
The style of your stereo is really circa early 70's push button, definately more Bay than T3.
By the mid 80's we were fitting Blaupunkt London's and Montreal's...not a push button in sight don't you know.
Are you one of those guys who insists on using crappy monograde oil as well? also circa 1960-70! lol.

Whats wrong with a cheap £60 face off?

Because the sound of a Cheap £60 face off is Dog "pooh"
And it'll have no or only one preamp output

The ones with good sound - are known to tea leaves.....

Therefore I've got a stereo that looks from the outside like a boggo P.O.S but has the performance of a high end unit
