Mine is an Autohomes and has sealant behind the vents if that helps.

Our A'sleeper vent didn't have any sealant round it either. Bloody silly idea imho, so I sealed round it with some windscreen sealant that I already had from Frost.

Hi,
Before I changed the vent on my van (see Autosleeper Big Vent thread) I used to use whatever sealant I had to hand when putting the vent back on. Providing it doesn't stay too tacky it should be fine.

Kentishvanman and I did the same thing. It was good for your fridge vent to use if it is sealed. This really works!
