Had a rummage...

Well had a rummage in one of the garages i rent and found 4 penta alloys i brought for a bay window i used to have... result!!

Suppose they will need boring and drilling and the van re-studding

result! i thought i needed spacers and stuff... all i need to do then is drill the stud holes

That'll be "just" re-drill the stud holes. They still need to be re-pitched accurately or the nut seats will fight each other when bolted up, so they will never run right even if balanced correctly.
You need a friendly engineering shop who knows what they're looking at...

Yes that's good advice and maybe that friendly machine shop could re cut the face where the nuts seat while he is at it!
