Brake lights not working

I've checked the threads before posting this, so hoping not to repeat, repeat.
I've just had my rear drum backplates replaced as well as a new bearing. The garage doing this work bled the brakes and charged for new fluid...can I assume that through doing this they have disturbed the wiring at the back of the dash causing my brake lights not to work? Just want to know if this is possible before I give the garage a ring. Thanks.

Possible but unlikely as the switch isn't really close enough to be disturbed by removing the resevoir cap, obviously worth a look first to see if the plug is off the switch but this could just be an unlucky coincidence and the switch may have failed.

Personally I'd be checking the obvious first.....the bulbs.
