Hello,
The mysteries of the dizzy part number suffixes become clear.
I reproduce here a copy of the very helpful e-mail from Airhead parts.
Hi John -
The suffiz "ZB" is what Volkwagen of Mexico assigned the Bosch Mexico
produced 043-905-205, probably to differentiate between German (original)
production and Mexican (current) production. The biggest difference is that
the condensor side plug on the German production is square shaped (Bosch
1237330252, our # 02074) and the Mexican production is the earlier is round
shaped (Bosch 1237330220, our # 02054) through the side of the distributor
casing, so this should be noted when running this distributor and ordering
replacement maintenance parts. If ordering this distributor, be sure to
order the Distributor O-Ring, our # 111-905-261.
Best Ignition Coil to use is the original Bosch "Blue" Coil (Bosch
0221119027 [Spain] or 9224771008 [Brazil], we sell as the Bosch North
American # 00012). It is important that you avoid the Mexican produced Blue
Coil as it does not have the proper resistance to prevent Points and
Condensor burn-out. We only sell what Bosch is now producing in Brazil.
Outside of the fuel injection that was used in the North American market and
the smaller engine design, you cannot get better economy that the Solex
34PICT series carburetor used on European market Vanagons. To change to
anything else may result in poor mileage and power. The 34PICT-4 carburetor
has not been available new since the late 1980s, so the next viable
replacement is the 34PICT-3. Because I am sure the jetting is different for
the heavier Vanagon, it may be wise to swap the main jet, air correction jet
and idle pilot jet(s) from the 34PICT-4 to the replacement 34PICT-3 if and
when a replacement is done. The other main difference between the
carburetors is that the 34PICT-4 has a larger acceleration pump diaphragm
than the 34PICT-3, but should not be a detriment for the Vanagon
configuration.
We ship all over the world, so shipping any product to France should not
present a problem. We normally ship via Fedex into Europe.

That seems to be pretty clear.
Below I post the link to their set up page, worth reading I feel, especially the trouble shooting, and hesitation article.
