Hydraulic Clutch

heres my issue, i have done an engine swap from JX to AAZ, now the clutch doesn't work properly, i can start it in gear with my foot on the clutch but i can't change while in motion, nor can i start it the select a gear, well i can but have to slam it in,
Whats ya thoughts? i thought bleed it maybe?

does a diesel have a spigot bearing? Sounds like the what my 2.1 did when the spigot bearing ate itself!

Shouldn't have to.
Same clutch, same flywheel.
Sounds like you have introduced some air somewhere and it needs bleading, or when you swapped the engine and when the box was lower you may have finished off the clutch pipe.
Possible.
Other thing is the slave cylinder in good fettle, have you pulled the push rod out and see if there is any fluid coming out, if there is it's goosed, same goes for master cylinder, any puddles on the cab floor?

I think that he shouldn't have to do it twice either.
