What the heck is that rubbery squeak emanating from the passenger side? Its definatelty related to suspension as any up and down deflection seems to cause it but I have no idea where its coming from. Any ideas?

And I guess as with most things suspension and brake related its wise to do them in pairs :D

What am I up against in replacing bushes? I presume that means disconnecting all the ball joints, tie rods, and possibly resetting camber etc?

I think someone asked a similar question a while ago, I took a mental note coz both of our vans have squeaked in the same place.
Harryman came back with a answer that it may be the spare wheel rubbing against the floor.
Out in Fiiin the other day and it sounds like it must be the spare, must get off my backside and sort it.
Worth trying first before anythong else. :D

upper wishbone bushes imho...just had mine done, put up with the squeak for over a year, but as the usage has increased it got too annoying, much better now.
thanks to Brickwerks for service and flexibility, cheers Simon

Unless it's the spare wheel it'll likely (as others have said) be the top wishbone bushes. They're not too difficult to swap out, but you have to press the new ones in and tag-weld them in too, really.

Mine squeaked for for several years ... got used to it then after a loud clunk I noticed the squeak had gone .... turned out that the anti-roll bar link rod had just snapped. Am told this is a common problem?
