Before
pretty much bog standard Autosleeper interior, came with light european oak work surfaces and cupboard panels, diagonal pink curtains with "rio grande" burberry carpet finished off with "Scilly" pink cushions. Around the windows had wheat coloured plastic faux leather surrounds
The carpet was replaced for this chocolate brown thing all shown here..

After

Cupboards re-covered in fablon "cork effect" all the cupboard carcass was woodstained in dark oak. Curtains changed for custard creme stripes with small rose detail, Cushions re-foamed and upholstered in light tan vinyl with automotive fabric seat panel in toffee cream with black vinyl piped seams. Floor was re-covered in bathroom spec wood floor boarding. Spotlight replaced with a B&Q wall lamp with pull chord

The whole thing is light and airy now, and the sufaces are easier to clean and keep clean.
Straying off the "keep it original" path was daunting as I didn't want it to look "customised" and there fore lose value.
With home brew campers you have a license to do what ever pleases but I think with factory converted campers you have to be a lttle restrained perhaps

I think what you've done to your van is very appropriate. All modifications look right.

Like Mark said, almost clinical.

Looks much better! The amount of time and effort you put into looking after your van would make it desirable to anyone.
