I've seen a few posts in the past about door cards and where to get them so maybe someone out there might be interested in how I made mine – it's not that hard!
Details of how I went about making them here:

Nice job there and interesting blog.
Are you still using the push-in clips from the original boards too, can't really tell from ya post.

Thanks!
Oh yes I didn't mention the clips did I – I bought new clips from
http://www.tools-supplies.co.uk and drilled new holes through the door panel and the door surround to fix them in, there was nothing left of the old clips

Thanks for that. I've been looking for a decent foam supplier for ages.

Nice blog!
Been looking for foam for hightop.
Wonder if the sliding door hinge mod:
http://www.brick-yard.co.uk/VehicleSpec ... /hinge.htm would solve your clearance problem?

is that foam fireproof/retardent though?
I couldn't be bothered looking through the website to find out as all the text was overlapping at my screen settings (one of the worst websites I have ever seen tbh)

I think the door mod would help Lloyd, I need to do that anyway 'cause the door catches on the wheel when I open it, I've got the bits now I just need the time!
Not sure about fire retadance David, I figure if it got to the stage where the doors were on fire it'd be all but over anyway! It is a really really bad website!
