Making your own exhaust. Anyone done it?

Hi.
I'm thinking of making my own exhaust for my Subaru conversion. Has anyone found a really good site or friendly/helpful supplies of bits, that I can then make up?
Cheers Karl.

Hi Karl,
I got a made to measure stainless backbox/silencer from MIJ Exhaust (midlands) for like £50 (cheapest i've seen), found them on evilbay. Also got some bends, length of pipe, reducer/clamps and tip. quite tidy and all posted out swiftly. will be going back there for bits on my other van for sure
Best regards,
Brent

I built my full exhaust system.
I worked out what I wanted and found a site on ebay called piggin bends where I purchased the diameter of pipe I wanted and the degrees of bends etc.
Worked out ok for costs etc, delivery was prompt.
