Have tride jacking up the van in the bolt.....no good

Any suggestions please as im now desperate
Many thanks

You may have to take the drop-arm off the arb at the rubber bush (pull it over the knuckle) and then deal with it.
Or simply saw/grind or file a slit in the sleeve and lever it open.
If the drop arm's thread is damaged or sheared off (common) you'll need a new one, 2nd hand one, or it can be repaired with welding or drilling/tapping to take suitable studding (M8?)
If you resort to a small sharp chisel to split it off, ensure you have a helper with a heavy club ammer or steel dolly held behind it, or even clamped to it when striking.
First cut away all the damping rings and cpped washers.
GSF do most of these parts, but not sure about the steel sleeves. Re-assemble with rubber lube or copperslip.
Simion Baxter does a set of polybushes for this position...

Fanx HarryMann, got most of the spares together.....but made the mistake of only getting one link bar from syncrospares!!!!!! Live and learn I guess.
Looks like i will be out hammering the cr*p out of it tonight then
Many thanks..........80-90 to the rescue yet again
