I note LIDL (from the 7th) are selling a range of silicon bakeware stuff but amongst it all is a silicon pastry rolling mat (two sizes) rated up to 240C. Thinking outside the box here, it would make a great heatshield and double up as gasket material, hose repair, all sorts. Might be worth grabbing one for use in the camper in emergencies. In the meantime, useful for bunging hot saucepans on etc to save damaging cupboards etc. You can bet if you needed to hunt some down at a later date, you'd stand little or no chance.
