Rewiring!!

Hi all, has anyone attempted Partially rewiring their van?
Need to do my engine loom, it's a disgrace. Never seen anything like it!!
Must've counted maybe 30 scotch lok connectors, a couple have come undone.
My a/c doesn't work amongst a few other things.
Being a sparky, this is no biggy. But, not sure where to start, it really looks that bad.
Having the engine conversion is the obvious cause, suprised most things have worked as long as it has.
Any tips?

Having just done mine I would recommend getting a copy of the original wiring diagram then trying to keep the wires the same colour if possible.
( it will really help with future issues)

Soldering and heat shrink
are the way to go and get a couple of rolls of cloth looming tape, its great to use to bundle groups of wires together as you go and once your satisfied with lengths and routes makes a tidy job of finishing the loom off.

I would start with groups of thing i.e. senders then control wires to too make it easier.

Is a cracking source of most things.

Yep . dont bother with the crimping stuff, solder and sleeves is the way to go, IMHO
