I have found an Ej22 engine that has has the harness and ECU modified by RJES including reversed cooling manifold.

I have had a look on here by can't seem find the answers.

What else will I need to convert from 1.9GW to EJ22? I know I will need Bell housing, engine mount bar and exhaust.

Thanks

Tom

Goes into a lot of detail here, with a few links as well

You will need,
A manual flywheel
Cluctch assembly, the type depends on what bellhousing/adapter you use
Starter motor same as above
fuel injection pump and new high pressure feed and return fuel lines.
Assorted water hoses RJ can supply ready made to fit which makes the job simple or you can hunt for universals
Time patience and basic mechanical/electrical ability
bolt it all together

and insert here

And seeing as you are in alternative fuels forum you could throw a mutilpoint LPG system at it.
You'll end up with something like this

Simples!

Thanks for the pics and info. That really helps. I'll give RJES a call to work out costings.

Thanks

It comes with manual flywheel but no clutch or starter. If I used a Kennedy adaptor plate I believe I can use the Vw starter and clutch?
