Was somewhat less than convincing 'in the flesh' so-to-speak .... put it this way I believe it was taking it's budgie for a walk
Took some time to explain to the girls (after they'd stopped laughing that is)

Aye Steve, God knows how he'll get all that lot on his van
Had to be done, felt like carp when I got up at lunchtime .... was sent to bed at 6.30 last night after not remembering how I drove home from work . 1st one we've missed in 6 and a half years that we said we were definately going to

I'm no Jed obviously but I did have some Official helpers ...

These figs were growing in the orchard we camped on near St.Tropez ...
Not bad for a £70 s/h Canon though

Near Vallon Pont d'Arc, it's only directly accessible by canoe but there are any number of places that hire them out for 5,8,10 or 12km routes where they drop you off and collect you from a set destination. It's a memorable drive up and out of the gorge but it's not one for those scared of heights ... there's 2' of run-off gravel before you plumett off the edge (Jack was in the back hanging on to the interior ) but the girls enjoyed it.
Here it is in context ...

The photo of The Bus with the 'Terriers' sign is a France Passion vineyard just outside Vallon heading for St.Marten that we stayed on overnight but there are loads of campsites near the river.
Bren as you no-doubt realise we were about the only rhd van there 'No unicorns on the beach'
