I've been given a winch, model Super Power Winch SPW 4500K 12v. Is it suitable for Syncro usage?

If 4500 is the rateing at 4500lbs I think it will struggle with the weight/inertia of the syncro; especially when stuck. Not sure what Roger/Doug and all the other winchers have but i think 6000lbs+ is typical?

Mines a Warn M6000 iirc.

Factor in the weight of your camper over that of a SIKA/DOKA too.
