Running an old Aircooled engine again.

Ok, so I just bought this van:
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll? ... 3AIID&rd=1
In order to swap the engine into my Westy.
The engine hasn't been run for 10 years, but it starts and idles ok.
Question is, what should I replace/service to get it running sweetly in the Westy.
Here's what I've thought of so far:
Oil and filter (do I need to flush the engine or change strainers etc?)
Air filter
Alternator belt
Spark plugs
HT leads
Rotor arm
Dizzy cap
Sump plug and gasket
Fuel filter (and drain the old fuel from the tank, replace with new)
Is there anything else I should be looking at?
If anyone's interested, I'm likely to either be selling the panel van (which doesn't look too bad to honest, solid underneath
) or rebuilding the other Aircooled engine that I was going to put in the Westy, and sticking that in.
PM me if you are interested in buying the Panel van and engine I have lying here.
