Hi, just a quick question ...my T25 wheels are the original 14". What I would like to know is would any sort of 14" wheel trim fit the 14" wheel? ...or are things more complicated than that

By the way my new 2ltr Aircooled engine which I had fitted a few months died on the way home from Dartmoor...just hope the VW specialist is good when it comes to honouring the 12 mth warranty Fingers crossed & I'll let you know.

The grease caps on the fronts and the hub nuts on the back interfere with many/most after market trims ... obviously the original Caravelle styleeee ones fit straight on though. I have Passat/Golf trims with the centers bored out

I got some cheap plastic ones from Trago. Two days later the front left had a star shaped crack in the centre and my speedo stopped working.
If you can find some that are a bit domed you should be ok.

I got some cheap 5 spoke one's from Halfwits and never had a problem

Which particular Halfords ones did you get that fitted?

Just generic fake 5 spoke alloy trims. Got them about 5 years ago
