How to fit eyebrow?

Hi, just got back from vanvest, great times, just bought myself an eyebrow for my van (round headlights). I have to cut two little grooves to make the eyebrow fit flush, no problem with that, just wondering what the best way to fit these are? Could glue the eyebrow on but then i wont have access to the screws to remove the grille so was wondering what the best method(s) are? Thanks!

I fitted a pair to my camper, I have only used one screw per eyebrow (top centre) I drilled out two clearance holes where the adjuster screws are, I have found that because the grill is a good fit around the eyebrows when it is re-fitted the single screw is more than sufficient to hold them in place.

i used hi bond sticky pads for centers and drilled a v small hole right on the end of the grill at the sides and fitted a small self tapper which i then painted same colour as the grill

Hi, a friend of mine bought one from vf as well, he has squarelights but still has screws on top for grille. We found that a self tapping screw on each side works to fit eyebrow/spoiler tightly although it needed a little filing out in the centre to fit snugly over his vw badge, so when putting the grill back on to only do up middle three grille screws leaving both end grille screws loose, which gives access to spoiler screws to undo first to get grille off in future. - Hope this helps. - Jason.
