Hi, check out viewtopic.php?f=10&t=73235#p7522924 on page 2 of the Camping forum. Lots there about flues.

Hi, just going through this experience myself.

I have bought some 24mm eberspacher exhaust pipe which handles temps up to 300 C. The stuff on the other thread only does 120 C which doesn't seem enough to me?
This is what I have bought:

Plenty of other links on ebay and you may find it cheaper.

In terms of filling the gaps, I intend to wrap the important ones well in heat proof aluminim tape. The important ones I think are ones where the diameter of the flue reduces as it goes towards the outlet. ie heat rises so if the joint is from a small pipe into large this shoudln't be a problem. If is going from large to small then this will require wrapping.
Remember though that if your fridge is like mine ( an Electrolux RM122) then there is a purpose designed hole in the back of flue system (the lazy T shape that comes off the top of the main flue) which is designed to allow any gusts of wind to blow back down the flue and not extinguish your flame. Hence the flue is open to the van anyway.
Remember also that the pipes have to come apart easily so that you can abstract and service the fridge. I have had mine professionally serviced and are going to install a carbon monoxide detector as a secondary precaution.
