The one I got with my Kamper is a bit old & heavy so looking to replace it.
Ideally I'd like one with a loo compartment. Can anyone recommend one?

Just upgraded from one of them to the T25, not taking a step back now!
I do however see the advantages of taking a comfort break in private!

We use a royal traveller tunnel awning, pretty cheap and reasonable quality. Lived in it for 6 months in Europe a couple of winters back in all weathers.
You can stick the loo in the bit between the van and the actual awning bit - next to the back wheel.

google Khyam
I have the Khyam Driveaway, its huge but does have 2 bedroom compartments where one could be used as a loo room. Alternatively use the gap between the bus and awning to use as a loo area
