i seem to be having a problem changing out of 3rd gear into 4th,2nd to 3rd is fine,it only seems to happen when iv done a few miles though,any pointers please?

Could be the synchro hub breaking up... common problem.. it generally will get stuck in one or other gear if it does brak completly... you should speak with Aidan on tues (hes away at the mo)...
