Headlight Glass fell out!!

So I was bobbing down the street and heard a POP! As I'd driven over something glass.
I didn't stop to check what it was, but I was sure I hadn't run over a bottle - i'm usually a pretty observant guy - I just figured some scally had thrown it
I checked my tyres once I'd driven the half mile or so to the car park, and they were fine, Lucky I thought....
When i went back to the bus after lunch with friends, my drivers side headlight glass was missing...and I guess I'd run the bloody thing over...Aaaaaarrrgh!
No wonder I couldn't understand how they kept on misting up on wet days, the seals must have been all perished
And the bloody thing just plopped out when i was Bobbing down the street - I'm glad it wasn't on the motorway.
I've seen some replacements for £40 each on Just Kampers - or old ones on the bay for £20 the pair.
But I quite like the look of them with the clear lens thing going on - does anyone do MK2 golf style headlights with a clear or cross style lens? or am I stuck with the standard Hella jobbies?
