DF/Dg whats the difference

Sorry to sound numb, but just got the log book back for my newly purchased t25, it's states the engine number as DF, is this the same as a Dg engine as i've not heard much about these. are they generally good engines, what are the weaknesses etc.

there are quite a few differences...
and it's all to do with power, in that there is less of it with the DF
I could list the technicalities if you wish?

So as you can see the camshaft is very different as is the Carburettor, inlet manifold, cylinder head and valve gear
