If its losing fluid then its going somewhere.. check rear brakes and the slave cyl on the gearbox.. as these are the usual points.. then it could be the clutch master cyl tucked up next to the steering , this will leak all over the floor...... a good inspection of all pipes would be next on the cards....

As he^^^ says, there is only 1 known thing that is certain to dissappear without trace on these vans,,

You aint looked propper then
i had a leak simmilar on my golf, was a leaking pipe into a box type area,
if your loosing fluid it will be visible somewhere, remove the spare and check those pipes also look to the top of the tank as a lot of fluid can hide up there, speed it up and stand both feet on the pedal and go for a burst,
(assuming not clutch) though that could also be leaking above the tank

Just a Quick update on this

It was the Master cylinder (leak got worse few months down the line and it was hiding in the gator) got a new one off ebay got a new flexi from brickwerks, now ive gotta join some pipes up or replace the lenght of pipe from back to front. (had to cut it connections soooooooooo rusty!)

So an easy job has turned into a nightmare!

best place to get connections from and pipes please?

Brickwerks do a joining pipe but it looks like a gas fitting they supply with it?!?!

and then still i need the small pipe fom master to flexi

cheers Marky

No seriously, you may not have internet access or no-one's around to answer your question ... like during Bashtie or August for e.g. A Haynes manual is always handy and one should come with every s/h car you buy.
