anyone tell me the right gearbox codes i can use in my 1983 diesel panel van,reg CFA329Y ,as the gearbox now stuck in 3rd gear,so im trying to sourse a second hand box,been offered a couple but want to know if there any codes to look out for

prob any one of these

6D, ABF, ABH, ACP, ACR, ALD, APF, DM, DS, DY

But... some have slightly taller gearing..

check the brickwerks gearbox code chart in the info section. if you look you can see the ratios for the 1.6d and compare.
