Hi All,
Can anyone recommend a campsite around Malvern area. I'm travelling up from Kent, taking the A419 and A417 off the M4 at Swindon. I have to back in Kent for sunday morning so I thought I would travel up on friday to make saturday less hectic !
Thanks Radman

We tuned up at about 10pm last year and just stayed in the carpark. Really big grass field. A few others were doing this too.

hi Guys,
Thanks for both of your suggestions. I think I might try the day visitor car park idea

I won't be getting there much before 8 PM, fingers crossed that the gate will be open.
Different subject. travelling from S Wales - Kent down the M4 today I noticed all types of VW vans, bays, T25, T4, and T5's. My head count would sugest that the T25 is gaining in popularity, scoring the highest number. I noted a hightop california, pop top Atlantic and a Karman Gipsy. Not bad for a 3hr run home.

Hi Gavin,
I would say M25, M4 (to Swindon), A419, A417, M5, M50 averaging 60 MPH approximately 3.5 - 4hrs. But will depend on how free flowing the M25 and M4 and how many comfort stops on route. My estimate is assuming reasonably free flowing traffic with out a long break.

Be careful in Marlbank Inn, if its raing heavy the field gets waterlogged, better in the carpark & free!.

Probably see you in the car park as I left it too late to get tickets.

I used to sat in the Caravan Club site in Tewksbury then transit across for the day.
