2.0 Aircooled petrol consumption

Hi All
Thinking of buying an Aircooled T25 bus. It's a 2.0 litre and am wondering what sort of mpg to expect with careful right foot action. Rough figures around town and on a run will give me an idea of how many tankers I will need.
Many thanks for any help

Thanks for that.
Not sure if getting LPG system fitted would pay for itself. Cost of fitting compared to how many miles I may actually drive.
I'll have to have a think about how many miles a year I may do compared to the cost of LPG fitting I guess. If I was to buy the van that is.
Thanks again.

I get 23 and about 18 around town, LPG will pay for itself in 15 months and of course the money spent on it you can add to the resale price of the bus
