5 speed. Can someone let me know where its located and what it looks like Had a look and i can't see it.

Half way up the right side (looking forwards) behind the gear linklage. It has a large 17mm internal hexagonal drive (like the head of a 10mm bolt)
This is a special tool although you can make something out of a bolt if needs be (depending on how tight it is)
75W 90 semi synthetic GL4/GL5 or old fashioned 80w single weight.
