when i plug my trailer in to my van it blowes two fuses . the only light that work are my indicators.
i have put a tester on the plug on the back of van and when i put my brakes on or my side lights
on the right ones light up . as to my lite diagram . i put the trailer on to my mates car and
the trailer lights work fine .

Not that I can help much but that does rather point the finger in the general direction of your van wiring. Have you used the trailer with the van before with no problem?

Which fuse are blowing?

was the 10 amp . got that fixed now . but near side brake light is dim . what can that be .
with or with out the trailer .

bad earth? Think you might need an auto electrician...

thanks . have to find one that understands vw .
