spoted this at a show, looked like real good fun, digging the machine gun, thinking of getting one mounted on the vindi roll cage.,

although the guard plate at the barrel is missing
(there used to be atime when I coud dismantle/re-assemble these things blindfold ...never got to drive an Iltis though ...only a T3, a Passat and a MAN truck)

Came across this little beauty, now I would love to off road in this. Porsche 597, 4 amphibious ones made, and had a climb ability of 65%. Auto engaging 4wd.?
