Sat at Dubin port stressin....
Last week me clutch pedal went down to the floor after drivin up a steep hill in Kerry..
Then seemed to be ok??
Checked for leaks..no leaks..
Checked fluid level..ok
Then proceeded to drive round the west coast with no probs..
Then as I got to Dublin this afternoon it did it again!!
Like brakes when they have air in um!
Now its ok again...what's goin on??
Any ideas folks?
Could it just need bleedin?
Many thanks:)

It's that little green hitch-hiking fellow that you picked up that is doing it

Check the slave cylinder very carefully. There may be no evidence of leaks, but look inside the rubber gaiter. Sometimes the fluid leaks past the seal into the gaiter, then the pressure forces the piston back again when you raise the pedal. Next time you press, the piston has much further to go before it pushes the clutch. The fluid slowly leaks back, so after a few minutes it's OK again. Happened to me. Worth a look at least.

I'm having a look dude - neder was a petrol expert on these vans. As colin said, check under the gaiters.
Slave cylinder looks like this
Clutch Master cylinder looks like this
can someone describe where these are please? Stoner is pretty engine savvy, he'll just have fun getting to it, won't ya Gipsy boy

Clutch master cylinder above clutch pedal... Bit of a pain to get to and replace but is possible if you have 12 inch rubber fingers!
Clutch slave cylinder above gearbox on left side rear. Fixing bolts guaranteed to be seized solid and you still need fingers as above!
