Well worth it - they keep you warm when its cold, cool when its hot, quiet when its noisy outside, and hidden when there are people around. Essential.

Extending net curtain rails (from Wilkinson's and other places), not the spring loaded ones, the metal rail that extends and slots onto a metal hook either side of the window frame. The hooks are mounted into a plastic backing plate so can be superglued onto the plastic window surround at the appropriate height. We have one rail near the top of the window and one near the bottom. Remove the rails, hold thermomat in position, put the rails on the hooks again and they keep the mat up against the mosquito net.

They are a pain to have to fit each night but I agree they are worth it especially in the winter.
Good for privacy....nudge, nudge, wink, wink........
Downsides are those piggin suckers never stick properly, storage and the messing to fit them each night.
Overall tho thumbs up.

Yep agreed - but store mine flat in the pop top along with the pop top thermo cover. Just got back from France and the temp inside the van was far far cooler than outside.
