Headlamp...again

I'm having an headlamp year.
Having bought and fitted my secondhand unit [halogen], I find condensation within the glass, which simply does not clear.
Any ideas as to what is causing it and/or a remedy would be most useful.
Thanks,
Richard

I put mine in the oven for a while on low to get rid of the condensation (gas mk 1). Then I ran sealant around the glass where it fits to the main body. Then put it back in the oven on low until cured.
Seemed to fix it. Howeve I now have spangly square lights

Thanks very much chaps. I'll go for the oven first (Plan A) and then move on to purchase new (Plan B) as required.
