hi all

my wife and i are starting to look for a T25 for our family adventures. We are thinking a high top would be best for the extra room for kids (and wifes) stuff. I have seen a few vans that seem worth the money but not all are high tops. Can someone tell me what the appox cost might be to have a high top fitted to a standard roof or replace a pop top roof with a high top.

Depends whether you want to fit your own second hand off ebay or have one fitted by a company like http://www.timbertechnicians.co.uk/13301.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; to do it for you.

We fitted our own, will try to find pics.

The roof cost £150 on ebay (including interior trim and curtains).

Good effort!

Was that £150 new or used.

What would it a pro job cost ?

fittin a high top is pretty ok, taking one off is a kin nightmere, could take more than a day, and might result in a damaged roof,
so before you bid on anything, make sure
1. its already off,
2. its been taken off properly, not damaged, and NOT cut off below the gutters with a angle grinder for you to try to sort out
3. its for a t25, and not a hiace or toyboater or some fiat rubbish...... ( dont chuckle, its happened, and it didnt fit)
4. its complete, some need a framework for the hole, some dont.

by the time you have bought, transported, cleaned prepped and bought the adhesive, is nearly as cheap to get it done by Timbertechs, and they have done loads, and know the job.
