t25 fans, what socket do i need for the front brake caliper bolt? (M14).

on mine it's 13mm for the calliper and 22 mm to remove the fixed part of the caliper. thats on a 1987 t25 with out square brake pads

is 13mm the brake pipe union from the pipe into the caliper? i thought it was 11mm.
it's 22mm for the m14 bolts right?

the caliper splits into two parts that are held together with two bolts that are 13 mm but the two bolts that actually fix the caliper to the van are 22 mm.
if you still have problems i will put get some pictures for you, just let me know if you want them

is it generally safe to split the caliper, it's just that in haynes it seems to warn against it, and most people seem to blow the pistons out with air.
