what carbs?

right, iv managed to get my grubbies on a cu engine and i fancy spicing it. i would like to run it on those empi carbs so if anybody has any ideas on size i want without having to start overly balancing cams and cranks, valves etc that would be good. also people opinions on empi carbs yey or ney thank you
