I thought I had a 1.9i dh turns out it's a 90bhp GW. Always thought it was a bit nippy.

On the info from Brick Yard it says to use 98/99 RON petrol. I've done over 6k miles using standar. Is it really necessary to use super? Would I notice the difference ?

You probably wouldn't notice any difference apart from a tendancy to pink under load. Trouble is running this engine on standard 95 Ron may damage the engine long term, burn valves or worse.
