I am missing the large (3 inches across), rubber gromet that goes around the bottom of the oil filller tube and on to the tinware.

I am trying to completly seal my engine bay

Whats is called? and does anyone know where i can get one

I you can't get one.
Use a piece of piping slit along its length to form your own grommet.
There's probably some generic seal that will do the job just as well.
