Pop top canvas repair?

Asked in Tech but to no avail!
Does anyone have any suggestions on how/who to repair a 5p sized hole in the front top corner of the canvas, without replacing the whole canvas?

Stitch a patch over it.

Not only that, but you could probably get a sew-on VW badge - just proof it afterwards. Access shouldn't be a problem through the front window.

have a search on ebay for a tent repair kit? think you can get a waterproof kit with glue for about a tenner

Bicycle puncture repair kit....? That would be waterproof.

True, but you need to stop it tearing further. I made a hole in the new one I fitted and my mother in law came round a stitched a patch over it. All is well!
