Don't forget the added skylight height. Overall height of our Devon always been a mystery (although not so much a mystery as to get out a tape measure) as it has been overheight to get under a 2.1m-signed barrier, but cleared a 2.06m-signed barrier.

Er...measure it? Top of skylight to floor, floor to ground, add the two together.

Mine was 7' 3" (2.2m for the metric minded) to the top of the skylight when I measured it. That was a striped bare van so yours may well come in lower with interior fittings weight on board.
