I've destroyed one bush today trying to pull it through with a bolt and plate. Does anybody know if there is a special tool for guiding the bush into the arm?
Any help welcome, thanks

spotted on thesamba
here is the plumbing fitting that I used to press in the lower control arm bushings. It is tappered so as you press it through the fitting it compresses the flanges as it goes through the arm.

he's using a pipe to hose adapter and a lot of silicon lube
